To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorise Etsy to provide me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product you are ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a personalised card for example) if you contact me directly.
I share your personal information for very limited reasons as follows:
• With Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Service.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your details with these companies, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
I will not send you marketing emails and will only use your email address if necessary to fulfil your order (for example if further information is needed to complete your order and I am unable to reach you via Etsy conversations).
Postal receipts will be kept for tax and invoicing purposes only.
Personal information will not be printed unnecessarily. It will be stored on either a PC or mobile phone app which is password protected and running anti-virus software.
Any paperwork will be stored securely in a locked environment.
I will keep your details for as long as necessary to provide you with my services. I may also keep it (such as postal receipts) for as long as required in order to perform my legal and tax obligations. I generally keep this data for a period of 7 years.
You have the right to request any of the personal data I hold of you.

If you wish to access, correct or delete personal information held by Etsy then you may contact Etsy for help with this.
Social media - I may post photos of your product whilst it is still in my possession as a work in progress, however under no circumstances will you be able to be identified and I will not under any circumstances display any of your personal information. If I am doing custom work for you then I will ask permission from you before posting anything to social media (for example wedding invitations or work subject to patents or Trade Marks). If you provide me with any personal information via any of these channels (by personal message for example) then these providers have their own policies in place to comply with the GDPR. The social media channels I use for Marenzo Designs are Etsy, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
